空軍新竹基地防空作戰演練 戰機緊急升空攔截
Air Defense Combat Drill for the Mirage 2000 fighters with the 2nd Tactical Fighter Wing at Hsinchu Air Force Base deploy to the air to intercept enemy aircraft.
(軍聞社記者周力行新竹21日電）國軍第一季「聯合作戰計畫演練」今日實施第二天的實兵操演，模擬在整體防空階段，空軍新竹基地進行防空攔截，戰機及防空飛彈均依命令執行作戰計畫，順利完成演練任務。
Hsinchu, 21 March 2023 -- The Taiwan military's first quarter of the "Joint Combat Plan Exercise" carried out on the second day of military exercise, simulating the overall air defense stage with the Air Force’s 2nd Tactical Fighter Wing at Hsinchu Air Force Base where they conducted air defense interception with fighters and land-based anti-aircraft missiles [truck-mounted Antelope Air Defense Systems armed with Tien Chien 1 missiles; see 500-page Army Weapons and Equipment 2022].
凌晨天仍未亮，新竹基地警戒室機坪燈火通明，地勤人員已完成戰機的整備工作，飛行官隨後實施360度檢查，待命起飛。待演習時間一到，幻象2000與IDF戰機依序滑行至跑道頭，點燃後燃器短場起飛，模擬緊急升空攔截敵機。
In the early morning, the apron of the Hsinchu base was brightly lit, the ground crew completed preparations for the fighters, and the flight officer then carried out a 360-degree inspection and readied them for take off. When the time for the exercise arrived, the Mirage 2000 and the Indigenous Defense Fighter (IDF) fighter [1st Tactical Fighter Wing] taxied down the runway in sequence, lit the afterburner and took off in a short field, simulating an emergency takeoff to intercept enemy aircraft.
同時間，負責基地短程防空任務的車載劍一飛彈也進入接戰狀態。官兵接獲上級情資，追瞄並鎖定敵機，在實戰化訓練中，磨練戰技與熟稔戰備任務，強化防衛作戰戰力。
At the same time, the truck-mounted Chien Tien 1 short-range air defense missile began operations. Officers and enlisted received intelligence from their superiors, tracked down and locked on enemy aircraft, honed their combat skills and familiarized themselves with combat readiness tasks in actual combat training, and strengthening their defensive combat effectiveness.
