TAIPEI - "A HOLIDAY FROM HELL" (1967) - G.I.s on Leave from Vietnam/R&R Film:
The same year that this R&R video was made a non-fiction travel book was written called Taipei After Dark. The book was republished for the 50th Anniversary with maps, name cards for bars, and even the original contracts mentioned in the video for taking a girl out for the evening.
For historical reasons, this type of thing is a great research tool for Vietnam War historians, sociologists, psychologists, and a deep dive into a Taiwan of a different era.
