Happy VD Clinic from the Cold War Era in Taipei when thousands of American military personnel came to Taiwan everyday from the Vietnam War for R and R, and not to forget the hundreds of thousands of U.S. military personnel from the US-Taiwan Defense Command, CIA operations via Air Asia and Western Enterprises. Taiwan was spy-central for America, whereas Hong Kong served the British in that same venue.
