TAIPEI – There is a possibility that “Richard Vong” or “Voung” is in Taiwan teaching English. Allegedly, he posed as a journalist for the Toronto Guardian for Chinese intelligence. Richard is an American and was teaching in Shanghai for five months this year. He is accused of interviewing a Hong Kong dissident in exile in an effort to provide intelligence to the Chinese government.
