TAIPEI - Congrats to Dr. Sarah Kirchberger for her appointment as Academic Director of the Institute for Security Policy, Kiel University.
Kirchberger is in Taiwan attending a course on the PLA at Fu Hsing Kang College in Beitou for a couple of weeks.
She is a well-known Chinese maritime and navy specialist who has presented briefings and lectures at such venues as the U.S. Army War College, U.S. Naval War College, U.S. National Defense University, and the NATO Defence College. See her CV.
