TAIPEI - There is no way in heaven or hell that the Taiwanese, public or private sector, can continue to pretend China is not going to sexually assualt the island bloody.
Yet Taiwanese continue to ignore the problem. On the same day as the press release below was issued by the Ministry of National Defense (MND), the Tourism Administration announced that Taiwan would host the inaugural World Bird Fair, 20-21 September, in Taichung.
According to an 18 March press release issued by MND, 59 Chinese aircraft flew sorties around island with 43 crossing the Median Line entering Taiwan’s air defense identification zone (ADIZ).
China has two annual massive exercises based on sea/air conditions.
The Spring Exercise is normally held around Tomb Sweeping when the tides are perfect (4-19 April 2025).
