This exercise was part of the larger 34th Han Kuang Exercise held annually.

Units under the 10th Corps: 1st Tactical Fighter Wing (IDF); 3rd Tactical Fighter Wing (IDF); 4th Tactical Fighter Wing (F-16); 5th Tactical Fighter Wing (F-16); 6th Composite Wing (C-130H); 36th Chemical Group; 3rd Special Operation Battalion, under the Army Aviation and Special Operation Command, as well as the 601st Aviation Brigade (AH-64E) and 602nd Aviation Brigade (OH-58D, AH-1W, UH-60, CH-47); 1st Mechanized Infantry Battalion; 586 Armored Brigade; and the 3rd Squadron PSYOP Group.

Note to Readers: I find it disconcerting that the Ministry of National Defense (MND) continues to use the real names of personnel in special operation units and fighter pilots. Call signs would have been acceptable from a counter-intelligence perspective.
ABOVE: 10th Corps (第十軍團指揮部): Central Taiwan. The mountains on the patch are appropriate as the 10th encompasses some of the highest mountains of the Central Mountain Range some reaching 12,000 feet.
